The Survey Status Missing screen displays students who do not have a survey status recorded in their enrolment. This field is required for AVETMISS reporting and indicates the student’s eligibility or requirement to participate in the national student outcomes survey.
To resolve this
- Navigate to the Visa detail screen for the relevant program and enter the appropriate Occuption Type in the designated field.
- You can use the bulk update functionality for efficiency.
- Select the checkboxes next to the student number, choose the appropriate Survey Contact Status from the dropdown menu.
Once selected, click the ‘Update’ button to apply the changes and ensure all selected records are updated accordingly. This helps maintain accurate data for compliance and reporting purposes.
