The With USIs Not Verified alert appears when a student has a Unique Student Identifier (USI) recorded, but it has not yet been verified through the USI Registry. Verification is required to confirm the USI is valid and belongs to the student, and it must be completed before issuing certificates or reporting AVETMISS data.
To resolve this
- Click the alert count to view all students with unverified USIs.
- Select a student from the list, this will open the Student Entry screen.
- Locate the USI Verification section.
- Click Verify to submit the USI to the USI Registry for validation.
- Once verified, the system will update the USI status accordingly, ensuring compliance with national AVETMISS reporting standards.
