The Predominant Delivery Mode Missing alert highlights subjects that are missing the Predominant Delivery Mode is required for AVETMISS reporting and identifies how the training is primarily delivered (e.g. Internal, External, Work-Based).

To resolve this

Click the total count in the alert tile to access the list of affected subjects.
Use the checkboxes to select one or more subjects.
Enter the delivery mode percentage for the relevant delivery type.
Click the Update button to apply your changes.
Once updated, the system will automatically reflect the delivery mode using the first letter of the selected option (e.g., ‘I’ for Internal, ‘E’ for External, or ‘W’ for Workplace).

You can also download the subject list as a CSV file using the download icon for offline review or record-keeping.

By completing the Predominant Delivery Mode field, you help ensure that your data is AVETMISS-compliant and aligned with national VET reporting requirements.
