To resolve this

Navigate to the Program Entry screen for the relevant program and enter the appropriate Qualification field of Education in the designated field.
You can use the bulk update feature. Simply select the checkboxes next to the relevant programs, choose the correct Field of Education from the dropdown list and click Update to apply the changes.
