Compliance > AVETMISS Enrolment> Training location missing
In this listing screen, only those enrolments appear where the Training Location is missing from their AVETMISS Settings screen. This field is mandatory for AVETMISS reporting, and without it, the enrolment cannot be included in the national data submission. These enrolments must be updated to ensure compliance and successful reporting.
To resolve this issue, click on the enrolment number to open the enrolment. On the dashboard, click on the AVETMISS Settings icon. This will open the AVETMISS Settings screen. Enter the Training Location, as this field cannot be left blank, and click on Save.
To update in bulk, select the Campus and click on Apply Filter to view enrolments linked to that campus. Then, select the enrolments, choose the Training Location, and click on Update.
Once saved, the enrolment will no longer appear in the listing and will be ready for AVETMISS reporting.
