Stripe Integration

We’re excited to introduce Stripe integration in TEAMS, making student payments faster and easier.

With Stripe, users can email students a secure payment link. Students simply click the link, enter their card details, and complete the payment, no manual processing or follow-ups needed.

This feature speeds up payments, reduces admin work, and gives students a simple, secure way to pay.

Once the email is sent, the invoice status updates to Stripe Payments Request Status: Initiated. If the payment is successful, a receipt is automatically generated and the status changes to Successful. If it fails, the status changes to Failed, and invoice editing is re-enabled.

Note: Invoices or receipts linked to a Stripe payment request can’t be manually edited or deleted.
You must have an active Stripe account to use this feature.

Pin-Payments Integration

We’re excited to introduce Pin-Payments, a new feature in TEAMS designed to simplify and speed up student payments.

With Pin-Payments, users can send students an email containing a secure payment link. Students simply click the link, enter their card details, and complete the payment.

This enhancement speeds up payments, cuts admin work, and gives students a simple, secure way to pay.

Once the email is sent, the invoice status updates to Pin Payment Request Status Initiated. If payment is successful, a receipt is auto-generated and the status changes to Successful. If it fails, the status changes to Failed, and normal editing options are restored.

Note: Invoices or receipts linked to a Pin-Payment request cannot be manually edited, cancelled, or deleted.
You must have an active Pin-Payments account to use this feature.

New Additions in TEAMSChat

We’ve added two powerful new features to TEAMSChat in TEAMS: Attachments and Mentions.

Users can now share files directly in chat, making communication faster and more efficient. The new mention feature lets you tag specific students, enrolments, or tasks, making it easier to reference key info in your messages.

Attachments support files up to 20MB, while mentions create clickable links that take users straight to the relevant dashboard or task.

These enhancements boost collaboration, keep chats focused, and make sharing information quick and easy.

Custom Report – New PDF Download Option

We’ve added a new PDF download option to the Custom Report feature in TEAMS.

Along with the existing .CSV format, users can now export reports as clean, printable PDFs—perfect for sharing or record-keeping.

Once a report is generated, simply click the PDF icon to download it. If the report has more than 10 columns, only the first 10 will appear initially, with the rest added to the end of the PDF.

This enhancement gives you more flexibility in how reports are exported and presented.

Assessment Due Dates

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS to help automate and manage assessment due dates.

You can now set how many days before a subject’s end date assessments are due. This due date is then shown on the enrolment assessment submission screen and calculated automatically based on your input.

A new Bulk Assessment DueDate screen under the Compliance menu lets you view all calculated due dates, along with student and enrolment numbers, and assessment results—making it easy to track progress.

Students will now see the due date clearly in the Student Portal. Once the due date passes, they’ll no longer be able to upload assessments, even if the subject hasn’t ended.

This update supports timely submissions, improves compliance, and gives staff and students better visibility.

Track Email in Communication Tile

We’ve updated the Communication tile in TEAMS to show whether a sent email has been opened by the recipient.

Once an email is opened, an email icon appears next to the View icon. Hover over it to see the message:
“Email Opened On: [date]”

This enhancement gives you better visibility into email engagement and helps with more effective follow-ups.

Responsive Email Layouts

We’ve introduced Responsive Email Layouts in TEAMS to improve the clarity and structure of all emails sent from the system—no matter what device the recipient uses.

You can now format your emails into one, two, three, or four columns using the new Responsive Layout button in the editor. The content will retain this structure across devices, making it easier to read and more visually appealing.

This update also supports saving responsive layouts into email templates, helping save time and ensure consistency.

It enhances the readability of structured content—such as tables, summaries, and multi-section messages—across all screen sizes.

Custom Report Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the Custom Report feature in TEAMS by adding new object types: Applicant, Application, Agent, Student Invoice, Student Receipt and Holiday.

This means you can now build more flexible, detailed reports using a wider range of data—not just Student and Enrolment.

A new Group By option also lets you group results by specific fields, based on your column selections, for easier analysis.

This update makes reporting more powerful and tailored to your needs.

Share Campus & Program Document with Agents

We’ve enhanced TEAMS to allow Campus and Program documents to be shared directly with agents via the Agent Portal.

When uploading a document, you’ll now see a Make Document Public checkbox. Select it to choose between sharing with all agents or specific agents. You can also set an expiry date, after which the document will no longer be visible.

This update improves document access for agents while giving you full control over visibility.

Enhancement in Invoice Report

We’ve improved the Invoice Report in TEAMS to give clearer insight into enrolment outcomes.

Previously, only the outcome code was shown. Now, the report displays both the code and name (e.g. EC / Early Completion) for better clarity.

The updated Enrolment Outcome column appears next to the Invoice Due Date column, making it easier to review invoice data and understand student status at a glance.

New Retry Option for Failed Reports

We’ve added a new Retry option for failed reports in TEAMS to make error handling quicker and easier.

Instead of going back to the Report Parameter screen, you can now simply click the Retry button next to the Delete button on the Report Dashboard to regenerate the failed report.

This update saves time and makes reporting more efficient.

New Retry Option for Failed Email Requests

We’ve added a new Retry option for failed email requests in TEAMS to simplify error handling.

If an email fails, you can now click the Retry button on the Report Dashboard, no need to recreate it from scratch.

This update saves time and makes email management more efficient.
