Main Dashboard > Google Meet Integration in TEAMS
The Google Meet Integration in TEAMS lets you schedule, join, and record meetings directly from the system. All meetings are automatically synced with Google Calendar and recordings are saved to Google Drive.
1. Accessing Google Meet Integration
- Navigate to the main dashboard of TEAMS.
- Click on the Profile icon, Select the Account Settings Option

2. Connect your Google Account
- Enter your Gmail address.
- Click Connect Google Service.
- Once saved, your Google account and calendar will be linked with TEAMS.
3. Create a Meeting
- Select + Create Meeting.
- Enter details (Name, Start/End Time – max 12 hrs, Attendee Type, Attendees). After entering all the details, Click Save.
- The meeting is added to TEAMS and Google Calendar. Attendees receive email invites with the join link.
4. Meeting Options
- Edit – Update details before the meeting starts (sends notifications).
- Join – Join until the meeting ends.
- Calendar – Open in Google Calendar.
5. Recordings
- Recordings save to your Google Drive and show in TEAMS.
- A Recording icon appears on the Meeting Listing screen.
- Only the latest recording is displayed in TEAMS (Drive stores all).
