Multiple Duplicate Enrolment

The Multiple Duplicate Enrolments screen helps you identify and manage students who have overlapping or duplicate enrolment records within TEAMS. This feature ensures greater accuracy, compliance, and data consistency by giving you clear visibility of duplicate records.

Once the filters are applied, TEAMS will display a list of students who have duplicate enrolments, allowing you to review and take corrective action as needed.

System Setting Configuration

Before using this screen, ensure that the Site Setting for checking duplicate or overlapping enrolments is enabled.

  • When the setting is ON, TEAMS automatically checks whether a new application’s Start Date falls between the Start and End Dates of an existing enrolment. When the setting is ON, TEAMS automatically checks whether a new application’s Start Date falls between the Start and End Dates of an existing enrolment.
  • When the setting is OFF, a Warning Message will be displayed instead, allowing you to proceed if necessary.

Filters / Parameters Section

At the top of the screen, you’ll find filters to help refine your search results.

  • Campus – Select a specific campus to view duplicate enrolments related to that campus.
  • Program – Filter results by program name or code.
  • Apply – Click to display all matching records.
  • Clear – Reset the filters to view all records.

These filters make it easy to narrow down results and efficiently review potential duplicate enrolments by campus or program.

Duplicate Enrolments Grid

The lower section of the screen displays a list of students with multiple or overlapping enrolments. Each record shows key details, including:

  • Student Number
  • Student Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Local Address

Click the plus (+) icon next to a student’s name to expand and view all duplicate enrolments associated with that student.
