The Bulk Email Listing Screen allows you to view, track, and manage all bulk emails sent from TEAMS, giving you greater visibility and control over your communication activities.
At the top of the screen, you can use the Start Date and End Date filters to view bulk email activity within a specific date range. This makes it easy to monitor communications for a chosen period.
The grid displays key details for each bulk email, including, Template Name, Subject, Success Count, Failed Count, User Name and Created Date.
The Toggle button expand the row to show all individual recipients (students or enrolments) who received the email, along with their email addresses and delivery status (Sent or Failed).
The Bulk Email Listing Screen helps you efficiently monitor and analyse your bulk email performance, ensuring that your communication history remains transparent, accurate, and easy to review all within TEAMS.
