The Qualification Issued Count (Qual Issued Count) error occurs when there is a mismatch between the enrolment status and the actual outcome of the training.
This typically happens when an enrolment has reached its end date and is marked as finished, but the qualification outcome (such as Statement of Attainment (SOA) or full qualification) does not correctly reflect the student’s results. As a result, the AVETMISS system flags this inconsistency.

How to Fix
To resolve this issue, click on the Enrolment Number (hyperlink) from the list. This will take you to the Enrolment Dashboard.
From there, navigate to the Results tab, select the Training Plan and Result icon. Then choose Edit Qualification Information icon, which will open a pop-up window.
Within this screen, review and update the qualification outcome and ensure that the subject results and overall status align correctly with the enrolment completion status. Once updated, save the changes.

Why This Matters
This error directly impacts AVETMISS reporting accuracy. If the qualification outcome does not match the enrolment status, it can lead to:
- Validation errors
- Incorrect reporting of completions
- Compliance risks

After making the updates, return to the AVETMISS Dashboard and refresh the data to confirm the issue has been resolved.
