Application Status Report Data Columns

The table below shows the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the report.

Application Creation DateDisplays the date when the application record was initially created in the TEAMS system. This reflects the first time the applicant’s application was entered into the system, regardless of any later updates or edits.
Application NoThe unique application reference number automatically generated by TEAMS when the application is created. This number is used internally to track and identify the application throughout the admission and conversion process.
Applicant NameShows the full name of the applicant as recorded in the applicant profile. This information is entered or updated through the Edit Applicant Details screen.
Date of BirthDisplays the applicant’s date of birth as recorded in their personal information. This helps institutions verify identity and determine eligibility for specific programs or visa requirements.
CampusDisplays the campus associated with the application. This indicates the physical or operational campus where the applicant intends to study.
ProgramDisplays the program (course) selected by the applicant in their application. This reflects the intended qualification or study program the applicant has applied for.
PreferenceDisplays the program preference selected for the applicant when multiple program choices are recorded in the application.
NationalityDisplays the nationality of the applicant as recorded in their profile. This information is important for reporting, compliance, and visa-related processes.
AgentShows the name of the education agent associated with the application, if the application was submitted through an agent. This helps track agent performance and commission eligibility.
Employer NameDisplays the employer name recorded in the applicant’s details, if applicable. This may be used for applicants applying through employer sponsorship or workplace arrangements.
Start DateDisplays the planned commencement date of the program selected in the application. This is usually based on the intake start date chosen during the application process.
End DateDisplays the expected completion date of the selected program, calculated based on the program start date and duration.
DurationDisplays the duration of the selected program in weeks. This value is derived from the program setup within the system.
Total FeeShows the total course fee associated with the program selected in the application. This includes all fees configured for the program.
UserDisplays the name of the TEAMS user who created or last managed the application record. This helps track which staff member handled the application.
Application TypeIndicates the application category selected in the system. Typically this identifies whether the application is CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) or Non-CoE, depending on the student type.
Application StatusDisplays the current status of the application in the system. For example, it may show whether the application is Current, Converted, or another defined application stage.
Student NoDisplays the unique student number generated by the system once the application is converted into a student record.
Marketing SourceIndicates how the applicant originally heard about the institution. Examples include agent referral, website enquiry, advertisement, or other marketing channels.
Account ManagerDisplays the staff member assigned as the account manager for the applicant. This field is selected at the applicant level and helps manage communication and responsibility for the lead.
Total Tuition FeesShows the total tuition fee component for the program. This represents only the academic tuition cost and excludes additional charges.
Total Other FeesDisplays the total amount of additional fees associated with the program, such as enrolment fees, material fees, or administration fees.
Program NameDisplays the official name of the program selected in the application.
Level of StudentDisplays the student level selected in the Edit Student screen. This may indicate categories such as Domestic, International, or other student classifications.
RegionDisplays the geographical region assigned to the applicant or student. This is commonly used for reporting and marketing analysis.
Phone NoDisplays the applicant’s primary contact phone number as recorded in their profile.
Mobile NoDisplays the applicant’s mobile phone number.
Email AddressDisplays the primary email address of the applicant, used for communication regarding the application.
International Phone NoDisplays the applicant’s international contact number, typically including the country code.
Last ContactShows the most recent contact log entry recorded in the system for the applicant. This helps staff quickly see the last interaction made with the applicant.
Agent Email IDDisplays the email address of the agent associated with the application.
SkypeDisplays the Skype ID recorded for the applicant, if provided.
Onshore/Offshore StatusIndicates whether the applicant is currently Onshore (in Australia) or Offshore (outside Australia) at the time of the application.
Visa TypeShows the visa category recorded for the applicant, indicating the visa under which the student intends to study or is currently holding.
Agent CommissionDisplays the calculated commission amount payable to the agent based on the program and commission structure defined in the system.
