The Trainer Entry Screen is used to add and manage trainers within TEAMS. Trainers play a vital role in delivering programs and subjects, and this screen ensures all essential trainer information is correctly recorded and maintained.
To access the Trainer Entry Screen, go to the Admin menu and select Trainer. On the Trainer Welcome Screen, click the +Trainer button in the top-right corner to open the entry form.
Note: If a user wants to log in as a trainer, they must enter "User" in the User field. Upon logging in, they will only see the enrolments and subjects assigned to them, even if they are linked to a single subject.
Once you’ve saved the trainer profile, a burger menu will appear with the several options.
Fields and their Explanation:
Field Name | Explanation |

Trainer Code | A unique identifier for the trainer |
Trainer Name | Full name of the trainer |
Trainer Links to all Campuses | Tick this option to select this Trainer for all campuses |
Campus | You can select a specific Campus for the Trainer here |
User | Select a User from the dropdown to link a login account |
Active | Tick the Active checkbox to activate the trainer profile |
Allow Mark Result | Enables the trainer to enter student results for linked enrolments |
Allow Mark Attendance | Allows the trainer to mark attendance for their allocated classes |
