Admin > Notes Template
The Notes Template screen allows you to view, edit, delete, and add new notes templates. It also displays the total number of templates and how many are active. The Delete button removes templates from your list.
To add a new template:
- Click the + Add button in the top-right corner.
- A pop-up window will open where you can fill in the required fields:
- Campus – Select the campus name from the dropdown.
- Applies To – Choose the object in TEAMS (e.g., Applicant, Student Enrolment) where the notes will apply.
- Shown In – Select the relevant field from the dropdown. The notes will appear in the location you specify.
- Title – Enter a title for the notes template.
- Notes – Add your notes by clicking on the Notes icon.
- Active – Tick this box to make the notes template active
If you want to add conditions in notes templates, then you may need to click on the conditions icon.
If you want to download a CSV report, click on the CSV icon and To edit a notes template, click on the Edit icon
A pop-up will appear, and you can make the changes there.
You can make or select changes in this template and click on the Save button, and your template will be added.
