Admin > Alert System Configuration
This screen allows you to set the time range for sending emails and SMS notifications through TEAMS. You can also specify the days on which the system should send reminders or alerts.
Fields and their explanation:
| Fields | Explanations |
| Email Sending At | Start Time – Set the time when emails should begin being sent to agents, students, and users for all alerts and actions. End Time – Input the conclusion time until which the system can send emails to agents, students, and users for all alerts and actions. |
| SMS Sending At | Start Time – Set the time when SMS notifications should begin being sent to agents, students, and users for all alerts and actions. End Time – Input the conclusion time until which the system can send SMS notifications to agents, students, and users for all alerts and actions. |
| Send Alerts on Weekdays | You can select the specific days (Monday through Sunday) for sending both emails and SMS notifications. Additionally, you can choose to enable the Send Alerts on Public Holidays checkbox if you want alerts to be sent on public holidays. |
