The Agent Financial Tile in TEAMS provides a quick snapshot of the total financial value associated with agents based on student progress and application stages. It’s designed to help you easily track how much revenue has been invoiced or received through agent-linked activities.

This tile is connected to the Agent Performance Tile, allowing you to view accurate summaries for each financial stage. It also includes a link to the Agent Financial Transaction Screen, where you can drill down further to review detailed commission invoices and payments for individual agents. The more icon redirects you to the Agent Transaction Screen.

Each field in this tile represents a specific stage in the student lifecycle, helping you understand where your tuition revenue originates and how it progresses over time.

Converted applicationsShows the gross tuition amount invoiced or received for applications that have successfully converted into enrolments.
Commenced student enrolmentsRepresents the gross tuition amount invoiced or received for students who have officially commenced their studies.
Completed student enrolmentsIndicates the gross tuition amount invoiced or received for students who have successfully completed their studies.
