The table below shows the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the report.

| Agent Name | This displays the name of the agent linked to the enrolment. |
| Account Manager | It will show you account managers linked to the agent |
| Student No | It displays the student number linked to the agent. |
| Student Name | It shows the full name of the student linked to the agent. |
| Nationality | It displays nationality of the student |
| Student Status | This column will display the status of the student, whether the enrolment is started, pending, finished or not yet started |
| Campus | Shows the campus where the student is enrolled. |
| Enrolment Date | It displays the date when the enrolment was processed. |
| Enrolment No | Enrolment number generated by the system |
| Application No | The application number generated by the system |
| CRICOS Code | CRICOS code entered and updated on the program screen |
| Program | Program name under which the applicant/student is enrolled |
| Total Weeks | It indicates the total duration of the program in weeks. |
| Study Weeks | The total number of study weeks of the program |
| Start Date | It displays the Enrolment Start Date |
| End Date | It displays the Enrolment End Date |
| Tuition Receipted | It shows the total tuition fee amount received. |
| Gross Tuition | It displays the total tuition fee amount for the student/application. |
| Agent Commission | It shows the total commission amount assigned to the agent. |
| Agent Commission Rate | It displays the commission rate (%) linked to the enrolment. |
| Total Commission Paid | The total commission that has already been paid to the agent |
| Total Commission Balance | It displays the remaining commission balance payable to the agent. |
| Commission Due | The total due amount of the Agent commission |
| Discount notes | Displays any discount-related notes linked to the agent. |
| Country | The country of the agent is updated on the Agent screen |
| Agent Region | Displays the region assigned to the agent. |
| Agent ID | The agent ID generated by the system |
| Phone No | Displays the agent’s primary contact number. |
| Mobile No | Shows the agent’s mobile number. |
| Fax No | It displays the agent’s fax number |
| Email Address | Shows the agent’s primary email address. |
| Web Address | Displays the agent’s website URL. |
| Local Address | Shows the agent’s physical/local address. |
| Mailing Address | Displays the agent’s mailing/postal address. |
| Rows | Explanation |
| Average – row | Added the average row for the Agent in the group-wise section, which will show the average count of the total weeks and study weeks |
| Total Weeks | Added the total of study weeks at the bottom of the report. |
