The Agent Portal in TEAMS allows agents to access their dashboard, manage applications, track student enrolments, and monitor commissions through a dedicated online portal.
This guide explains how to implement the Agent Portal, including how to access it, configure login access, and share credentials with agents.
Accessing the Agent Portal
Each organisation has a dedicated Agent Portal URL. To access your Agent Portal:
- Use your existing TEAMS site URL
- Add “agents-” before your client code
- Open the updated URL in your browser
Please ensure you replace the example client code with your organisation’s actual code. This URL can be shared with agents directly or added to your organisation’s website as a login link.
Accessing the Agent Mobile App
Agents can also access TEAMS through the Agent Mobile App. To log in via the mobile app:
- Download the Agent App from:
- Google Play Store (for Android devices)
- Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
IMPORTANT : At present, the Agent Mobile App is not available for download via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store as part of this update.
Instead, the app can be downloaded directly using the links provided below:

Important - To download the app, copy the above link, paste it into a new browser tab, and open it. The download will begin automatically.
Please note that the app is currently available for Android devices only and is not yet accessible on IOS devices.

4. Enter the agent’s Username and Password
The Client Code is the same code used in your TEAMS web address.
Agent Login Credentials
When a new agent is created in TEAMS, the username and password must be entered manually in the Agent Entry screen.
This applies to both the Agent Portal and the Agent Mobile App.
It is important to ensure that a password is set for each agent, otherwise the agent will not be able to log in.
Sharing Login Details with Agents
To provide access to agents:
- Go to the Agent Listing screen
- Select the required agents
- Send an email using a prepared template
The email template must include:
- Agent Portal URL
- Client Code (for mobile app)
- Username {Agent Login} merge field
- Password {Agent Password} merge field
The {Agent Login} field will populate the agent’s username, and {Agent Password} will populate the password set in the Agent Entry screen.
This allows you to send login details to multiple agents at once.
Managing Agent Access
Access to the Agent Portal and Mobile App can be controlled at any time from TEAMS.
- Only agents marked as active are able to log in
- If an agent is marked as inactive, access to both the portal and mobile app is immediately restricted
This ensures that access to the system remains secure and controlled.
Security and Access Control
To maintain security:
- Passwords can be reset whenever required
- Access can be restricted by updating the agent’s status
- Only authorised agents are able to access the system
This is particularly important when an agent is no longer associated with the organisation.
The implementation of the Agent Portal and Mobile App is straightforward and efficient. By using the correct portal URL, leveraging automatic credential generation, and sharing access details through email, organisations can quickly enable agents to access the system.
