The Application Status Report Filters screen will show you two different tabs: General and Advanced. The tables below list the filters and their explanations.
| General Filters | Explanation |

| Dates based on | The system analyses Applications by Application Creation Date, Application Start Date, or Converted Date. Choosing a specific date or date range in the Report start date and Report end date fields shows the number of applications accordingly. |
| Report start date | Specify dates based on the selected option in the Dates based on field. For example, if Application Creation Date is chosen and a date range is entered, the system will retrieve applications created within that range. |
| Report end date | Defines the ending date of the reporting period used to filter applications in the report. |
| Campus | Filters the report to display applications associated with the selected campus. |
| Program | This is a magic search field, and you can search for and select multiple programs |
| Application Status | Filters applications based on their status, such as All, Current, or Converted. |
| Group By | Organises the report results by the selected field to help summarise application data. Please see TEAMS Basics |
| Sort By | Determines which column the report results will be sorted by. Please see TEAMS Basics |
| Asc/Desc | Specifies whether the report results should be sorted in ascending or descending order. Please see TEAMS Basics |

| Overseas/Local Student Status | Filters applications based on whether the applicant is recorded as an overseas or local student. |
| Application Type | Filters applications by the application type configured in the system (for example, CoE or Non-CoE). |
| Agent | Displays applications associated with the selected education agent. |
| Employer | Filters applications linked to the selected employer(s). |
| Account Manager | Displays applications assigned to the selected account manager(s). |
| Marketing Source | Filters applications based on the marketing source that generated the lead (e.g., agent, website, advertisement). |
| Nationality | Filters applications by the nationality recorded in the applicant’s profile. |
Click on the Print Icon to generate the report. The system will direct you towards the Report Dashboard screen. You can see the report status there, whether it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.
