Admin > Audit Logs
An audit log is an essential feature of our software that maintains a detailed record of all new entries and changes made within the system. This screen allows you to track all activity performed on a particular screen, including additions, modifications, and deletions. Audit logs are important for a range of purposes, including security, compliance, accountability, and troubleshooting.
Where can I see the Audit Log?
The Audit Log screen is available on all entry screens in TEAMS where data can be added or updated. It can be accessed by selecting the icon located in the top right corner of each screen. This will open the Audit Log screen, where you can view all new entries and changes made on that screen.
The Audit Log helps track user activity across the system, including additions, updates, and deletions. It provides clear visibility of who made each change, as well as the date and exact time the change was made.

Parameters on the screen
There are three Parameters on the screen.
The Audit log screen provides parameters that allow you to search for specific data based on various criteria such as start and end dates and descriptions. The screen is helpful in situations where you need to quickly locate a particular entry or modification made within the system. To use the filters, you simply need to select the desired search criteria and select the Apply button. The system will then display only the data that meet the specified search criteria.
Audit Log for Document Deletion
Whenever a document is deleted by a user, TEAMS records an audit log entry. This provides a clear record of deletion activity, including a description of the action, making it easier to track and review who deleted a document.
The audit log for document deletion is available across the main screens involved in document management, including:
- Student Dashboard
- Enrolment Dashboard
- Applicant Dashboard
- Agent Dashboard
- Agent Screen
- Subject
- Program
- Campus
- Assessment
- Employer
In screens where an audit log icon is available, users can review the deletion activity directly from that area. In some screens, such as the Agent Dashboard, the activity may not appear through a local audit log icon, but it is still recorded in the Master Audit Log.
This ensures better accountability, improved traceability, and stronger control over document deletion actions.
