The Bank Account screen allows you to efficiently manage your linked bank accounts. From this screen, you can view existing accounts, add new ones, or update current account details. If you want to modify and delete
the existing bank accounts then you can click on the edit and delete icon.
To add a new bank account for the campus, simply click the + Add button.
When you click the + Add button, a floating window will appear on the screen. Enter the required details in the provided fields, including:
- Account Holder’s Name
- Account Number
- Bank Name
Ensure all information entered is accurate to avoid any transactional issues. Double-check the details before proceeding. Once all mandatory fields are completed, click the Save button to finalise the process.
Fields and their explanation:
Fields | Explanation |

Bank Name | Enter the full name of the bank where the account is held. This helps identify the financial institution associated with the account. |
BSB No/Swift Code | Enter the BSB Number (for Australian banks) or the SWIFT Code (for international banks) to ensure correct routing of funds during transactions. |
Account Number | Enter the unique account number associated with the bank account. This number is essential for processing payments or transfers. |
Account Name | Enter the name of the account holder exactly as it appears on the bank account. This is usually the legal name of the organisation or individual. |
Address | Provide the physical address of the bank. This may be required for documentation, verification, or international transfers. |
Active | Tick this box to mark the bank account as active, making it available for use in financial transactions within the system. |
