The Classroom Entry Screen is used to create and manage classrooms that are used in timetables to monitor and track students assigned to specific classes.
The Classroom Entry screen is divided into two tabs:
Details Tab:
Use this tab to set up the basic information and configuration for the classroom.

| Classroom Code | A unique code for the classroom (mandatory). |
| Classroom Name | The name of the classroom (mandatory). |
| Campus | Select the campus where this classroom is located. You can also choose to link it to all campuses. |
| Minimum Capacity | The minimum number of students the classroom can accommodate. |
| Maximum Capacity | The minimum number of students the classroom can accommodate. |
| Active | Tick this checkbox to activate the classroom and make it available for use in timetables. |
Unavailable Tab:
Use this tab to manage classroom availability periods (e.g., maintenance, holidays, or temporary closures).
To add an unavailability period, click the + Add button to open a pop-up window. In the window, enter the Start Date (the date the classroom becomes unavailable), the End Date (the date it becomes available again), and a brief Reason for the unavailability, such as “Under maintenance” or “Booked for workshop.” Once all details are entered, click Save to record the period. All saved unavailability records will then appear in a list within this tab.
