The table below lists the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

| Student Name | It displays the student name. |
| Campus Name | This field will show the number of enrolments linked with the campuses |
| Enrol No | Enrolment number automatically generated by TEAMS. |
| Program Code | The system will print the code of the program saved on the Program entry screen |
| Program Name | The system will print the name of the program saved on the Program entry screen |
| Enrolment Type | This is a user code and the system will print the enrolment type from the Enrolment Dashboard > Edit Enrolment Details screen |
| Start Date | It displays the start Date of the Enrolment |
| End Date | End Date of the Enrolment |
| No of Weeks | It displays the total duration of the course, including study weeks and holiday weeks. |
| Study Weeks | It displays the total study weeks for the enrolment. |
| Finished | It will show Yes if the enrolment is flagged finished |
| Agent Name | The Agent linked with the enrolment |
| Employer Name | It displays the employer selected at the enrolment level. |
| Country | It displays the student’s country recorded at the student level. |
| Account Manager | It will show the Account Manager selected at the enrolment level |
| Currently Owing | It displays the overdue amount as of the current date. |
| Total Owing | It displays the difference between the total invoiced amount and the total amount received. |
| Visa type | It will show the Visa type selected at the Student level |
| Visa No. | It displays the visa number recorded in the student’s profile. This helps staff quickly identify the visa associated with the student directly within the report. |
| Visa Issue Date | It displays the date on which the student’s visa was issued, as recorded in the student’s visa information. |
| Visa Expiry Date | It displays the expiry date of the student’s visa, allowing staff to easily monitor visa validity for finished students. |
| Classes | The system will show the classes linked to enrolments |
| Future Programs | It displays any future enrolments or programs scheduled for the student. |
| Enrolment Outcome | The outcome of enrolment selected on the Enrolment Dashboard > Edit Enrolment Details screen |
| Subjects Completed Successfully | It displays the subject codes for subjects that have been successfully completed. |
| Subjects Not Completed Successfully | It displays the subject codes for subjects that were not successfully completed. |
| Overall Attendance Percentage | This is the total of enrolment’s average attendance percentage for the entire enrolment duration |
| Total Subjects Completed | It displays the number of successfully completed subjects compared to the total subjects in the enrolment. For example: 3/8 indicates 3 subjects completed successfully out of 8 total subjects. |
| Stage | It will show the commencement status from the Training Plan and Results screen > Qualification Information tile. |
| Notes | Any notes the user may have made regarding the enrolment |
| VSN | This is the VSN number selected at the student entry screen |
| VSN Eligible | It will display Yes if the VSN number is valid |
| Enrolment Started | It will display Yes if the enrolment is flagged as started |
| AVETMISS State | AVETMISS state is the State Training Authority selected at the Enrolment Dashboard > Enrolment AVETMISS settings screen |
| DOB | Student’s date of birth entered at student entry screen |
| Email Address | Student’s primary email address updated on the student entry screen |
| Email Address 2 | Student’s secondary email address updated at the student level |
| Email Address 3 | Student’s additional email address updated at the application/Student level |
| Nationality | It displays the student’s nationality. |
| USI | Student’s USI number updated on the Student Dashboard > USI screen |
| Mobile No | Student’s mobile number updated on the Edit Student screen |
| Timetable | It displays the timetable associated with the student’s enrolment, showing the scheduled timetable linked to the completed course or enrolment. |
