You can record and manage scores for English language assessments such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and more to a student’s enrolment record.
When you open the Test Results screen, it appears in a new tab and displays all previously entered test results for that enrolment.
Click the + Add button to open a floating input window.
In the below table, all the fields that are on the test result floating window, have been explained:
| Fields | Explanation |

| Test Date | Select the date on which the student completed the test. This is usually the official exam date. |
| Test Name | Choose the type of test from the dropdown list. Common options include IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and others. |
| Test Location | Select the location where the test was taken. If the required location is not listed, you can create it via the User Code screen under the Test Location category. |
| L: Score | The student’s score in the listening section of the test. |
| R: Score | The reading comprehension score. |
| W: Score | The student’s performance in the writing component. |
| S: Score | The speaking or oral communication score. |
| Use of English | For tests that assess grammar and vocabulary usage; often used for internal or ELICOS tests. |
| G: Score | Optional grammar-specific score, typically used in ELICOS pathways or custom assessments. |
| Overall Score | The overall score for the test (e.g. IELTS Band Score or PTE Score). This should reflect the average or composite test outcome. |
| CEFR Level | Select the appropriate CEFR level from the dropdown (e.g., A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). This aligns test results to an internationally recognised English proficiency scale. |
| Other English Level | Free text field to enter any additional internal or external proficiency classification not covered under CEFR (e.g., “Intermediate” or “IELTS Equivalent 6.5”). |
| Notes | Use this field to add comments related to the test result. For example: “Student has been advised to retake writing component” or “Score verified with scanned report.” |
