Notes Template> Conditions
Conditions are prerequisites that students must meet in order to continue their studies. These can be created directly from the Notes Template screen.
The screen also shows the total number of templates and indicates how many are currently active.
To add a new condition, click the + Add button. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the required details.
Important: Conditions can only be created for applications and enrolments.
The grid shows the list of templates that have been created. You can 
edit or delete 
a condition if required.
| Fields | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Campus | Choose the campus from the dropdown list. For conditions, only Application or Enrolment options can be selected. |
| Applies To | Select the object this condition applies to. For conditions, this is limited to Application or Enrolment. |
| Shown In | Choose the field from the dropdown menu where the condition will be displayed. |
| Title | Enter the title of the condition. |
| Notes | Click the notes icon to add any additional notes. |
| Active Tickbox | Tick this box to activate the condition or template. |
