Conditions are prerequisites that students must meet to continue their studies. These conditions can be created from the Notes Template screen.
Additionally, the screen displays the total number of templates and highlights how many are currently active.
To add a condition, select the + Add button. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details.
Important: Conditions can only be created for applications and enrolments.
The grid shows the list of templates that have been created. You can 
edit or delete 
a condition if required.

| Campus | It allows you to choose the different options from the drop-down list. However, for conditions, you can only select the option for an application or an Enrolment. |
| Applies To | It allows you to choose different options from the drop-down list. However, for conditions, you can only select the option for an application or an Enrolment. |
| Shown In | The dropdown menu will show you different fields from which you can select the condition field. |
| Title | Enter the title of the condition. |
| Notes | Click the notes icon to add any notes. |
| Active Tickbox | Check this box to activate the condition or template. |
