Applicant Dashboard > Applications Tile> Edit Enrolment/ Dates
This screen allows you to modify the intake date for a applicant.This can be helpful in cases where the applicant needs to defer their enrolment due to a visa delay or personal reasons. To simplify the process and save time, you can now modify the intake dates for multiple applications of the same applicant at once.
Please Note: Applications that have been converted into students cannot be edited. You can only modify the application dates for applications that have not yet been converted.
The below steps will explain to you how you can change the intake date:
- To utilize this option, you need to select the specific application for which you want to modify the intake dates.
- Click the burger menu icon under the Applications tab and select Edit Applicant Dates.
- On the Edit Applicant Dates screen, you’ll need to complete several fields, including Intake, Start Date, and End Date.
- The Study Weeks and Holiday Weeks will update automatically based on the selected dates. However, you can manually adjust these if required.
- For example, if the Study Weeks is set to 40 and you change it to 39, the Start and End Dates will automatically adjust accordingly.
Once all the information is entered. Click Save.
Once all the above steps are done, select the save button, the system should update the application dates as per the changes you have made. It is recommended that you double-check all dates and information to ensure that everything is correct before proceeding.
