Enrolment not Started have a VET Program /Subjects

AVETMISS Dashboard > AVETMISS Enrolments > Enrolment not Started have a VET Program /Subjects

This screen displays enrolments where the start date has already passed, but the enrolment has not yet been marked as Started. It is mainly to alert you that there are enrolments, where the student started but the enrolment will NOT be included in your AVETMISS export as they have not been flagged as started. It is important that you review the list and confirm if any enrolments should be set as started. If you don’t, this will reduce your RTOs completion counts, which ASQA and NCVER take from your AVETMISS submissions.

Where you have identified that you need to start any enrolment in the list, follow one of the two options below.

How to Fix

Option 1: Fix Individually

  1. Click the Enrolment Number (hyperlink)
  2. You will be redirected to the Enrolment Dashboard
  3. Click the red triangle icon to mark the enrolment as Started

Option 2: Fix in Bulk

  1. Select the required enrolments from the list
  2. Open the burger menu (⋮)
  3. Click Start Enrolment
  4. All selected records will be marked as Started

Ensuring enrolments are correctly marked as started is important for maintaining accurate reporting and avoiding AVETMISS submission errors.

You also have the option to download the list as a CSV file for review or internal tracking purposes.

Next Step

Once updates are completed, return to the dashboard and refresh the data to confirm the issue has been resolved.
