The Enrolment Program Result Listing screen provides a consolidated and detailed view of student subject results for a selected program. It allows users to efficiently review academic progress, monitor subject outcomes and manage result-related communication from a single location.
The tile includes:
- A Calendar filter to select a specific date range
- A Refresh icon to reload the data
- Clickable counts, which redirect you directly to the listing screen
Filters/Parameters Section
On the Enrolment Program Result Listing screen, you can filter records using the options like Start Date, End Date, Program, Status and Timetable.
These filters allow you to narrow down your search and review only the enrolments relevant to your requirements.
Result Listing Grid
The grid header displays Total Core Subjects, Total Elective Subjects, Total Compulsory Subjects and Left/Right scroll icons to navigate across subjects. Subject types are colour-coded for quick identification:
- Core Subjects – Orange
- Elective Subjects – Green
Each record displays:
- Subject Result Status
- Result Date
- Start and End Dates of the subject
When a subject result changes, the colour of the record updates automatically (e.g., green indicates Competent).
A note icon is available for each enrolment so you can record additional notes or comments as needed.
From the Burger menu, you can select the Send an Email option to communicate with students.
