The Bulk Update feature in TEAMS allows you to update multiple enrolments at once directly from the Continuing, Starter, and Finisher listing screens. It saves time and ensures consistency when managing large numbers of student records.
Steps to Follow:
- Go to any of the Continuing, Starter, or Finisher listing screens.
- Select the enrolments you want to update by ticking the checkboxes.
- Click on the burger menu and choose Enrolment Settings.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can update:
- Enrolment Outcome
- Enrolment Type
- Does this Enrolment require Orientation
- Induction/Orientation Date
You can also view the selected enrolments by clicking on More. Once you’ve entered the details, click Update, and the changes will be applied to all selected enrolments.
Note: If different values are already set for a field (e.g., different orientation dates), updating it will replace the existing values with the new ones across all selected enrolments.
