Amount | The total value of the transaction is recorded either as a debit (expense) or credit (payment). |
Paid/Credit | It Indicates whether the transaction represents a payment received or a credit applied to the account. |
Is Paid | It shows whether the transaction amount has been fully settled. Displays as “Yes” or “No.” |
Due Date | The date by which the payment for the transaction is expected to be made. |
Balance | The outstanding amount remaining after payments have been applied to the transaction. |
Overdue | It displays if the payment is overdue and by how many days, based on the comparison of the due date and the current date. |
