Enrolment- Statement of Account Report Data Columns

The table below shows the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

FieldsExplanation
DateThe date on which the financial transaction was recorded.
Transaction NumberA unique identifier assigned to each financial transaction for tracking and reference purposes.
DescriptionA unique identifier is assigned to each financial transaction for tracking and reference purposes.
AmountThe total value of the transaction is recorded either as a debit (expense) or credit (payment).
Paid/CreditIt Indicates whether the transaction represents a payment received or a credit applied to the account.
Is PaidIt shows whether the transaction amount has been fully settled. Displays as “Yes” or “No.”
Due DateThe date by which the payment for the transaction is expected to be made.
BalanceThe outstanding amount remaining after payments have been applied to the transaction.
OverdueIt displays if the payment is overdue and by how many days, based on the comparison of the due date and the current date.
