Errors Linked with NAT00130 File

Overview

The NAT00130 (Program Completed) file records students who have completed a program of study during the reporting period, including any required workplace or on-the-job training.

It is used to:

  • Report current and previously unreported completions
  • Contribute to the student’s USI transcript
  • Measure successful outcomes across the VET sector

How NAT00130 Links to Other NAT Files

NAT00130 is generated only when a program is completed.
It inherits data from the following files:

  • NAT00010 – Training Organisation
  • NAT00030 – Program (Qualification)
  • NAT00120 – Training Activity
  • NAT00080 – Client (Student)

NAT00130 does not correct upstream issues — it reveals them.
Errors must be fixed at the source (program setup, enrolment data, or completion dates), not at export level.
