The Flagged VET Programs with No Linked Subjects alert appears when a program has been marked as a VET (Vocational Education and Training) program, but no units of competency or subjects have been linked to it. This results in an error because for a program to be compliant with AVETMISS reporting standards, it must have relevant subjects or units associated with it.
To resolve this issue, navigate to the Program Entry screen for the flagged program and review the subject linkage. Ensure that all applicable units of competency or subjects are correctly added to the program structure. Linking the appropriate subjects ensures that the program is correctly set up for enrolments and reporting, and avoids compliance errors.
