Compliance > AVETMISS Program> Flagged VET Programs with No Linked Subjects

The Flagged VET Programs with No Linked Subjects alert appears when a program has been marked as a VET (Vocational Education and Training) program, but no units of competency or subjects have been linked to it. This results in an error because for a program to be compliant with AVETMISS reporting standards, it must have relevant subjects or units associated with it.

To resolve this issue

Click the alert count to open the list programs. Select a program by clicking its Program Code or Name, this opens the Program Entry screen.
From there, access the Program Subjects via the burger menu and link the required units or subjects to the program.
Ensure that all applicable units of competency or subjects are correctly added to the program structure. Linking the appropriate subjects ensures that the program is correctly set up for enrolments and reporting.

Programs without linked subjects cannot be delivered or reported correctly, which may result in invalid AVETMISS submissions and compliance issues.
