The Incomplete AVETMISS Address screen in TEAMS displays a list of students whose address records are either missing or incomplete, as required for AVETMISS compliance. Maintaining accurate and complete address information is crucial for meeting reporting standards.
To resolve this
- Click the alert count to view all students with incomplete address details.
- Select a student from the list and this will redirects you to the Student Entry screen, where you can view and Modify the existing data.
- On this screen, ensure all mandatory fields are accurately filled in, including Street Address, Suburb, State, Postcode, and Country. These fields are essential for ensuring the student’s address meets AVETMISS reporting requirements.
- Once all the necessary information has been entered, click the SAVE button to update the student’s profile.
- The record will then be removed from the Incomplete AVETMISS Address listing, confirming that the data now meets the required standards for submission.
This process helps ensure that your student information remains compliant and up to date within TEAMS.
