This tile shows the record of all online payments for your college. You can view totals for Pin Payments, Stripe Payments, and EziDebit transactions in one place, along with any expired payments.
What is an Online Payment?
An Online Payment refers to payments received through integrated gateways such as Pin Payments, Stripe, or EziDebit. The system will show the total of all online payments for the selected date range.
In addition, the tile displays Expired Payments – these are payment requests that were not completed by students before their expiry date.

How the system will display information
- The tile lists totals for each payment method separately (Pin Payments, Stripe, EziDebit).
- Expired payments are also displayed, showing:
- Student name
- Enrolment number
- Expired payment amount
- By clicking the total number on the tile, you’ll be redirected to the Online Payment Listing screen, where you can:
- Apply filters to refine results
- View complete details such as invoice number and online payment method
- Reinitiate expired payment links
Reinitiating Expired Payments
If a student’s payment request link has expired, you can quickly resend it:
- Use the Reinitiate icon next to the record
- The system will generate and send a new payment link to the student
