Admin > Organisation
The Organisation screen allows you to configure and manage key organisational settings in TEAMS.
It is divided into three sections:
- Company Details: This section contains essential fields for Avetmiss reporting such as Organisation Code and Organisation Name. You can update the Contact Details, Facsimile Number, and Email Address.
Note: It is important to ensure that these details match exactly with those listed on the training.gov.au (TGA) website to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Local Address: You can add or update the local address of the organisation and search the Suburb from the dropdown. Once you select a suburb, the State, Postcode, and Country fields will automatically populate with the corresponding suburb details.
- Mailing Address: If the Mailing Address differs from the Local Address, you can update it manually. Alternatively, if both addresses are the same, then you can tick the Copy Address checkbox to auto fill the mailing address. This option is useful for correspondence or as an alternative address for receiving mail or packages.
Once all updates are made, click the Save button to apply the changes. It ensures that the entered information is stored and used for future reference.
System Setting: At the top-right corner of the screen, there is a System Setting button that redirects you to the System Setting screen. From there, you can apply settings or make changes to the site as needed.
Explanation of the fields

| Company Name | Enter the Company Name in this field. |
| Company Code | Enter the Company Code in this field. |
| Organisation Name | In this field, you can enter the Organisation Name. |
| Avetmiss Organisation Code | Here is the web address of the organisation. |
| VSN Provider ID | You can add the Victorian Student Number (VSN) Provider ID in this field. |
| Phone No | In this field, you can add the contact details of the organisation. |
| Fax No | Fax number can be added in this field. |
| Email Address | Here you can add the official email address of the organisation. |
| Website Address | You can add the Website Address in this field. |
| ABN | You can add Australian Business Number in this field. |
| ACN | You can add the Australian Corporation Number in this field. |
| RTO Operated Offshore | Select this checkbox if the Registered Training Organization (RTO) operates outside of its home country or jurisdiction. |
