This error indicates that the Qualification Category has not been assigned to one or more programs. This field is important for AVETMISS compliance and ensures that the qualification is correctly categorised for reporting and regulatory purposes.
To resolve this issue, navigate to the Program Entry screen for the relevant program and enter the appropriate Qualification Category in the designated field . If, you want to use the bulk update option. Select the checkboxes next to the program code, choose the appropriate Qualification Category from the dropdown menu, and click Update to save your changes.
Accurately assigning the Qualification Category ensures consistency with national training frameworks and supports error-free data submission.
