This errors indicates when programs do not have a Qualification Field of Education assigned . It is an essential requirement for AVETMISS reporting and compliance.
To correct this, navigate to the Program Entry screen for the relevant program and enter the appropriate Qualification field of Education in the designated field . you can use the bulk update feature. Simply select the checkboxes next to the relevant programs, choose the correct Field of Education from the dropdown list, and click Update to apply the changes.
Ensuring this field is accurately populated helps align your data with national training standards and avoids potential validation errors during compliance reporting.
