The table below explains the data columns that will appear in the generated Qualification Issued Report.
| Columns | Explanations |

| Issued Date | Shows the date the qualification or statement was issued to the student. |
| Enrolment No | Displays the enrolment number generated by TEAMS for that student enrolment. |
| Student Name | Student (First name)(Middle name)(Last name) as recorded in TEAMS. |
| Campus / Program Code / Program Name | This column will print the Campus code / Program code / Program name under which the student is enrolled. |
| Start Date | Shows the start date of the enrolment. |
| End Date | Shows the end date of the enrolment. |
| Timetable | The system will show the current timetable allocated to the enrolment. |
| Enrolment Type | This is the enrolment type selected on the Edit Enrolment Details screen. |
| Enrolment Outcome | Enrolment Outcome selected on the Edit Enrolment Details screen. |
| Employer Name | Shows the employer linked to the student or enrolment, where applicable. |
| Qualification Issued | Displays the qualification issuance status, such as Qual Issued, Full, SOA, or N/A. |
| Student No | Shows the student number generated by TEAMS. |
| Certificate No | Displays the certificate number generated in TEAMS for the issued qualification or statement. |
| Authorising Officer | Shows the name of the staff member recorded as the authorising officer for the issued document. |
| Organization Code | Displays the organisation code linked to the issuing college. |
| Parchment Number | Parchment number updated on the Training Plan and Results > Edit Qualification Information |
| Parchment Date | Parchment Issue Date updated on the Training Plan and Results > Edit Qualification Information |
| USI Number | Shows the student’s Unique Student Identifier recorded in TEAMS. |
