Reminder Tile

The Reminder Tile allows users to categorise reminders and regularly review their calendars for better task management.

Reminders can be set through both the Contact Log and Intervention screens.

In the Contact Log popup, note options are available from the Notes Template screen and must be activated to be used.

Note: The "Can be used to send alerts" checkbox is ticked for the selected log type in the UserCode screen. If this is not enabled, the event time and prior time options will not appear, and the reminder will not be displayed on the tile.

If you have connected your Google Calendar with TEAMS, tasks and reminders created in Google Calendar will also display in your Teams calendar, allowing for more streamlined scheduling and task management across platforms.
