An improvisation has been added while creating an application on our TEAMS software. This improvement is designed to boost efficiency and ensure consistency across multiple applications. It significantly cuts down on repetitive tasks and saves time, as you no longer need to start from scratch for similar applications.
A “Save as Template” checkbox is introduced in the final step of the application process. This allows users to save a new application as a reusable template for fast application creation.
With this feature, users can easily create and save templates of frequently used application formats, making it quicker and simpler to create new applications with consistent information.
Further explanation:
- When you will be on the Final page of the Application process from where you select the offer letter template to generate the offer. On that page, there will be a tick box available called “Do you want to save this proposal as a template“, if you tick this tick box the system will save the whole application structure as a template that you have set up for this application.
This template will save the structure of the application from 1st step(Choose program) to the last step(Invoice preview screen) and you can use this same structure for another student to whom you want to enrol in the same program, intakes, fee structure + instalments.
- Let’s say you have 10 students who have requested to enrol in the same program/s with the same intake and the fee structure is also the same and more students can request.
In this case, you will create your application and create the application/s for one student and in the final step you will save this application as a template with some specific name. - Now for the other students when you create the applicant and come back to select the screen and select your agent, select the radio button of “Yes” for the “Do you want to create the application from already saved template” and choose the template that you have saved previously.
- Once you select the template click on next the system will take you directly to the final page from where you can select the offer letter template and click on the print button.
- All the in-between steps from choosing the program/s to printing the offer letter will automatically completed by the system based on the selected template.
- So earlier if it took 4 hours you to create the applications of 10 students with the same intake and programs, fee structure, now it will all be done within an hour by using this template feature.
- Let’s say you have 10 students who have requested to enrol in the same program/s with the same intake and the fee structure is also the same and more students can request.
- The expiry date of the template will be the date of the start date of the first application.
For example: I have created an application with a start date of 10 Sep 2024, this template will only be available for you till the date of 9th of Sep and on the 10th of Sep, this template will be removed/hidden automatically from the dropdown.
