School Entry Screen

The School Entry Screen provides the functionality to add or update school to the system.

This screen is divided into three distinct tabs, each serving a specific purpose:

Details tab: allows you to input and update the school’s details, such as its name, campus, and other relevant information.

Contact Information tab: captures the school’s contact details, such as phone numbers, mobile numbers, fax, and email addresses. The Primary Email field is mandatory and must be provided to ensure effective communication. Users can also add secondary or additional email addresses as needed.

Address tab: allows you to enter the school’s address details, such as street name, city, state, and postal code. If the Mailing Address is the same as the Local Address, users can select the Copy Address checkbox to auto-fill the fields.

FieldsExplanation
School CodeA mandatory field that serves as a unique identifier for the school. It cannot be left blank.
School NameA mandatory field where the official name of the school is entered and cannot be left blank
Allowed to send students for All Campuses?This checkbox grants permission for students from this school to be linked to all campuses within the system.
CampusYou can select the specific campus from this drop-down field. This field will be visible if the Allowed to send students for all campuses tick-box is unchecked.
Marketing SourceYou can select the marketing source from the dropdown menu, indicating how the school was acquired or categorized for marketing purposes.
Account ManagerSelect the Account Manager from the drop-down
LegalThe official legal name of the school, which should match the registered name used for compliance and legal documentation.
ACNYou can add the Australian Corporation Number in this field, which is a unique identifier issued to registered companies in Australia.
ActiveTo make the school active, this tick-box should be checked
