A Student Statement of Account is a financial document that provides a detailed summary of a student’s financial transaction with an institution.

On the student dashboard screen, you may need to select the specific enrolment for which you want to create the report. Once the enrolment is selected, open the burger menu in the top-right corner of the screen and choose the Student Statement of Account option.

A pop-up window will appear, providing additional options to customize the report. In this window, you can choose how the financial data should grouped from the two available radio buttons:

  • Transaction date
  • Creation date

Transaction Date will group and display the financial entries based on when the transactions occurred. 

Alternatively, Creation Date will group the entries based on when they were created in the system, showing the earliest created transaction at the top.

Now, you will be able to see the fees are fully paid. If the fee is fully paid, it will indicate “Yes” under the IsPaid column, or else it will say “No”.

After choosing the group method, verify the details and continue to generate the report.
