Unit of Study > Unit of Study entry> Unit of Study Burger menu > Document
This screen allows you to attach and manage documents linked to a specific unit of study.
These documents might include guides, manuals or support materials for trainers and students. You can also choose to make some of them available in the LMS for student access.
You can upload new documents using the + Add button, selecting a file from your computer and saving it.
Fields and their Explanation:
| Fields | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Upload Date | Displays the date the document was uploaded. Automatically filled. Helps track versioning and audit history. |
| Notes | A text field where you can write internal comments or version notes. Useful for admin reference, trainer instructions or document context. |
| Documents Type | A dropdown field where you select the type or category of the document you are uploading. |
| Make available in the LMS | Tick this box if you want the document to be visible to students in the LMS. If unchecked, the document remains internal or trainer-only. |
