TEAMS has introduced a valuable new feature to enhance report personalisation, traceability, and accountability.
With this update, whenever a user downloads a generated report from the Report Dashboard, the system will automatically embed the logged-in user’s name at the beginning of the report’s file name.
On the Report Dashboard, click the download icon 
to download the generated report.
The downloaded report will embed the logged-in user’s name at the beginning of each downloaded report name.
