Admin > Public Holidays
The Public Holidays screen displays all existing holidays set up in your TEAMS site. To add a new holiday, click the + Add button in the top-right corner.
You can also manage existing holidays using the action icons. The Edit icon lets you update details such as the holiday name or date, while the Delete icon permanently removes the holiday from the system.
Fields and their Explanation:
Fields | Explanation |
---|---|
Holiday Name | Enter the name of the holiday in the Holiday Name field. |
Holiday Date | Please select the date for the holiday. |
National | Select this option to mark the holiday as a national holiday. It will display as National in the State column on the holidays screen. |
State | Select this option to assign the holiday to specific states. A dropdown will appear, allowing you to choose the states manually. Once saved, the selected states will display in the grid on the Public Holidays screen. |
Save | Select the Save button to add the holiday. |
Cancel | Click Cancel to exit without saving the holiday. |
