Welcome to the latest update for TEAMS
We’re happy to announce that we have released the new update on the TEAMS site. Some key changes made in this update are:
- Enhanced Sorting for Statement of Account Report
- Single Click Functionality for Leave Marking
- Post-Enrolment Invoice and Receipt Creation
- Additional Email Addresses in Email Listing
- Mark Future Invoice as a Negative Invoice

Enhanced Sorting for Statement of Account Report
Introducing a new feature to our TEAMS platform that enhances the printing of Statement of Account reports. Users can now choose between sorting options via two newly added radio buttons: “With Transaction Date” and “With Creation Date.”
- With Transaction Date: This feature organises the transactions by transaction date and prints them in the Statement of Account chronologically.
- With Creation Date: Selecting this option will sort transactions by their creation date, showing the earliest created transaction at the top, and providing a clear overview of when invoices were generated.

Single Click Functionality for Leave Marking
We have introduced a new feature to our TEAMS that simplifies student leave management.
New Radio Button Options:
Users can now mark sick and approve leave in bulk for the existing attendance:
- Sick: Mark all selected leaves as sick.
- Approve: Mark all selected leaves as approved.
- Both: Marks all selected leaves as both sick and approved.
Notes Column:
Additionally, a new column for notes has also been added. Users can easily update notes for attendance with a single click.

Post-Enrolment Invoice and Receipt Creation
Users can now create invoices and receipts even after the enrolment end date has passed, enhancing flexibility and improving financial management. With this improvement, users can easily generate and customise invoices and receipts at anytime.
Whether they need to issue a late invoice or provide a receipt after the enrolment period, this feature empowers you to stay organised without the constraints of deadlines.

Additional Email Addresses in Email Listing
Now, when downloading CSV from the Email Listing screen, the system will print all the email addresses of the objects listed in the parameter (student, enrolment, agent, etc) in the CSV.
Two newly added columns i.e. “Email2” and “Email3” in the CSV will show Secondary and additional email addresses.

Mark Future Invoice as a Negative Invoice
While negative invoices have always been a part of our invoicing features, users can now mark Negative Invoice to the Future Invoice, This powerful addition allows more accurate financial adjustments ahead of time.
Whether the user is managing returns or making corrections, this new functionality streamlines your invoicing process and enhances financial clarity.

Delete Negative Invoice
Users are now able to Delete the Negative Invoices with ease.
With this new functionality, a user can quickly remove any negative invoices from the financials tab that are no longer required or created incorrectly, ensuring that your invoicing remains clear and concise.
