New Columns in Finishers Report

The Finishers Report has been enhanced to provide more detailed information about students who have completed their studies. Four new columns have been added to the report: Visa Number, Issued Date, Expiry Date, and Timetable.

These additions allow staff to quickly access key visa and timetable information directly within the report, making it easier to review finished students without opening individual student records.

You can generate this report by navigating to the Student menu, selecting Finishers Report, choosing the required parameters, and clicking Print.

New Columns in Application Status Report

The Application Status Report has been enhanced to provide more detailed information when reviewing student applications.

Two new columns — Application End Date and Visa Type, have been added to the report. These additional fields help staff quickly identify key application details without needing to open individual application records.

You can generate this report by navigating to the Marketing menu, selecting Application Status, choosing the required parameters, and clicking Print. The report will now include the newly added columns.

Flexible Assessment Submission After Subject End Date

We have enhanced the assessment submission process to provide greater flexibility for managing late submissions.

Previously, students were unable to submit their assessments once the subject end date had passed. With this update, administrators can now define the number of days students are allowed to submit assessments after the subject end date.

This can be configured from the Subject Entry Screen by entering the value in the “No. of Days After Subject End Date” field. Based on this setting, students will continue to see the Submit option in the Student Portal during the extended submission period.

This feature allows institutions to better manage late submissions while still maintaining control over assessment timelines.

Automated Email Alerts for Assessment Review Outcomes

To streamline communication with students, we have introduced Automated Email Alerts for Assessment Review outcomes.

When an assessment is reviewed and marked as Competent, Not Yet Competent, or Resubmission, the system can now automatically send an email notification to the student.

To configure this feature, you must first create the required email templates. After that, the alert can be configured from the Admin menu under Automate Action, where the Student Service department and relevant Action Type can be selected.

Once activated, the system will automatically send notifications based on the selected outcome, ensuring students receive timely updates about their assessment results.
