Welcome to the latest update for TEAMS

We’re happy to announce that we have released the new update on the TEAMS site. Some key changes made in this update are:

  • New “No of weeks” fields (Study period weeks) on the Application Invoice screen

New “No of weeks” fields (Study period weeks) on the Application Invoice screen

A new “No of Weeks” field has been introduced on the application invoice preview screen.

This feature allows you to enter the number of weeks for a study period, and the system will automatically calculate the end date according to the entered start date, simplifying the process and reducing manual calculations of the study period dates.

Editable Holiday Weeks

A new feature has been added to our TEAMS. You can now edit holiday weeks while creating a new application.

Previously, users couldn’t modify holiday weeks as the system fetches the holiday week from the program level at the stage of application, but with this update, users can easily adjust the number of holiday weeks. Additionally, when you change the number of holiday weeks, the end date will be adjusted accordingly.

Collating Multiple Overdue Invoices in one email


Previously, While sending emails from the Payment due listing the system sends multiple emails for each overdue invoice, which could lead to confusion to the students to overlook emails.

With the new collating email feature, all overdue invoices for each student will be combined into a single email, with summarising the total amount due.

Raise agent commission while creating a new invoice

We have introduced a new feature in TEAMS that provides flexibility to generate Agent invoices while creating new invoices at the enrolment level.

Previously while creating the new invoice the system doesn’t allow a user to raise the agent invoice and the user has to follow other multiple steps to get the agent invoice for the newly created invoice.

By using this new feature agent commission can be generated simultaneously with the student invoice generation process.

Single-click functionality to flag existing Attendance/Absence as Approved/Sick in Bulk

A new updation has been made to our TEAMS that allows user to mark large batches of attendance as Sick or Approved leave in one go.

This update eliminates the tedious process of updating each attendance record individually, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.

Quick Student Holiday Access

Previously, you had to go through the student screen to check or add holidays. Now, you’ll find a Holidays icon directly on the enrolment dashboard.

This icon on the enrolment dashboard now takes you directly to the student holiday screen, making it easier than ever to check or add holidays.

Current Students Report Modifications

Updated “Duration in Weeks” Column: The existing column titled “Duration in Weeks” has been renamed to “Study Weeks“. This change is made to standardize the terminology and make it more intuitive for users when reviewing the duration of the study weeks.

New “Total Enrolment Duration” Column: A new column, “Total Enrolment Duration,” has been introduced immediately following the Study Weeks column. This column provides the total number of weeks, that will represent the total no of weeks according to the enrolment start and end date.

TPS Report Upgrades

New “Visa Type” Column: We have added a new column labelled Visa Type to the TPS report. This column will display the visa type associated with each enrolment.

New “Study Weeks” Column: Another addition is the “Study Weeks” column, which will now show the number of study weeks allocated for each enrolment. This enhancement will help in tracking the duration of study periods more effectively.

Mandatory Fields on Bulk Class Allocation Screen

The bulk class allocation screen is now updated with some more mandatory fields.
These fields are Campus and Search & Allocation based on options under the “Class Allocation – select the filters to search for students

You can now easily filter and allocate classes based on Program, Subject, and Unit of Study, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of your class management. This improvement will streamline the allocation process by using the mandatory fields

Enhanced User Interface of Financial Tile

The financials tile on your Enrolment Dashboard has been resized. We’ve now resized the financial transactions on the enrolment dashboard to enhance the view of the financial transactions.

This improvement helps you to manage and view financial transactions more effectively, without the need to scroll or navigate.

Student Notes Notifications Alert

We’ve introduced a new feature to TEAMS that enhances your awareness of student notes. When you open the student dashboard screen, an alert message will highlight any notes written for the students.

This alert will appear only once, per user – per session, ensuring you see important notes without repeated interruptions. If you revisit the Student Dashboard screen during the same login session, the message will not reappear unless you log out and log in.

Agent transactions sorted by date

We have introduced the sort by order on the agent transactions and now the agent transaction will display by the sort by order on dates. This update ensures that you can easily track and review your payment history in a clear and chronological order.

Invoice and Receipt Deletion

Users can now delete both invoices and their associated receipts.

This update provides greater flexibility in managing your financial records. This delete function is permission-based. If a user needs this delete function to be turned on for their user, then they have to send an email to TEAMS support with the permission of their manager or higher authorities.
