Introducing Passkey Login for Faster Access

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS that allows users to log in using their system’s passkey, providing a quicker and more secure way to access their account.

Instead of entering a password, you can now sign in using your device’s fingerprint, face ID, or PIN, making the login process faster and safer.

This update boosts security while making the login process smoother and more convenient in TEAMS.

Effortless Login via Google

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS that allows users to log in using their Google accounts, making access simpler and faster.

Instead of entering your credentials manually each time, you can now enjoy a quicker, secure login experience by connecting your Google account to TEAMS.

Important: You can only log in with the Google email address added to your Account Settings. Other emails will not work.

This update enhances login convenience and improves the overall user experience in TEAMS.

Google Calendar Integration in Reminders Tile

We’ve introduced a new integration in TEAMS to help users stay on top of their schedules.

With the new Google Calendar integration, you can now view your events directly within the Reminder tile in TEAMS. This brings your external schedules into your daily workflow, making it easier to manage your time without switching between platforms.

This update makes planning easier and improves your experience in TEAMS.

Forgot Password Feature on Login Page

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS that allows users to reset their password directly from the login page if they’ve forgotten it.

Instead of reaching out to admin support, users can now recover access easily by verifying their identity with a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered email. This provides a faster and more secure way to get back into your account whenever needed.

This update improves account recovery, reduces downtime, and makes the login experience much smoother and more user-friendly in TEAMS.

Copy User Permissions

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS that simplifies user permission management.

With the Copy Permissions option, Admin users can now quickly replicate the permissions of an existing user and assign them to another user in just a few clicks

This new functionality saves time, ensures consistency across user roles, and reduces the risk of manual errors when setting up access for staff.

New Bulk Selection for Emails on Continuing Listing Screen

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS to make bulk emailing faster and more efficient.

A new checkbox called “Select All to Send Email” is now available on the Continuing listing screen. Instead of selecting students only on the current page, you can now select all students across multiple pages with a single click. This makes it much easier to manage large groups and ensures that no students are missed when sending bulk emails.

This update simplifies bulk actions and improves the overall user experience in TEAMS.

New Sorting feature on Listing Screens

We’ve introduced an enhancement to the student listing functionality in TEAMS to make finding student records faster and more efficient.

Users can now sort data within the Continuing, Starters and Finishers tiles using Student Name, Student Number, and Enrolment Number. This gives you greater control over how student data is displayed, helping you access the right information quickly.

This update makes it easier to work with student records and saves you time on the Main Dashboard.

Onshore/Offshore Filter in Starter Listing

We’ve introduced a new feature in TEAMS to make student searches faster and more efficient on the Starter Listing screen.

Users can now filter students using the new Onshore/Offshore dropdown, allowing easy identification of students based on their location status. Each student is marked as either Onshore or Offshore, making it quicker to manage and process student records.

This update makes it faster and easier to find students.

New Column on Continuing Listing Screen

We’ve introduced an enhancement to the Continuing listing screen in TEAMS to provide more visibility into student enrolments.

A new column, Enrolment Outcome, has been added, allowing users to view each student’s current enrolment outcome at a glance.

This update makes it easier to monitor and manage student progress more efficiently.

Improved Agent Search Functionality

We’ve introduced an enhancement to the agent search functionality in TEAMS to make finding agents faster and more efficient.

Users can now search for agents directly using their Agent ID, allowing for quicker and more accurate results. This is especially helpful for providers who manage large numbers of agents and rely on unique IDs for easy identification and processing.

This update makes it easier to find agents and saves you time on the Agent Dashboard.
