Stripe Auto-Debit Integration
We’ve expanded the Autodebit setup in TEAMS by adding Stripe as a new payment option.
When you open the Setup Autodebit Payment screen, you can select Stripe from the provider dropdown and choose either the enrolment schedule or a custom schedule with weekly, fortnightly or custom instalments.
After saving, TEAMS emails the student to complete their Stripe account setup, with confirmation or failure emails managed through Automated Alerts.
This update provides a more flexible and secure payment collection process in TEAMS.

Enrolment Program Result Listing Screen
We’re excited to introduce the new Enrolment Program Result Listing screen in TEAMS — giving you a clearer, faster way to review student subject results.
From the Enrolment Program Results tile, you can set a date range and access detailed listings through clickable result counts..
The screen allows you to filter by Program, Status, Timetable and dates, and displays all subjects linked to that Program with colour-coded results.
You can also add notes, and email students directly using the action menu.

Customise your Standard Reports
We’re pleased to share that we’ve created new Standard Reports in the form of Custom Reports for Email Sent, Results Achieved, and Starters. These reports give your college more flexibility to review, edit and organise data the way you need.
You can run these reports as they are, or create your own version by copying them. In the Edit screen, you can add or remove columns to suit your requirements.
This update gives you better control over reporting by helping you customise the information as per your college’s operational and compliance needs.

Auto Attach Receipt
We’ve introduced a new Auto Attach & Send Receipt option in TEAMS, making it easier to generate and email receipts instantly to students.
From the Financial tile, click the Print and Send Receipt icon and confirm whether you want to send the receipt to the student.
If you select OK, choose your report and email templates, and TEAMS will generate the receipt and automatically send it to the student.
If you select Cancel, the receipt will be generated without sending an email.
This update makes your receipt process faster, easier and more efficient.

Secure Access with Campus Based Login
We’re excited to introduce Campus-Based Login in TEAMS — giving your college a more secure and accurate way to manage multi-campus access.
When users log in, TEAMS now shows only the campuses they’re authorised to access and prompts them to select the correct one.
Campus-specific login links can also be generated, allowing TEAMS to remember the selected campus and direct users to the right login page automatically.
If cookies are cleared, TEAMS simply re-validates the user’s permissions on login.
