Welcome to the latest update for TEAMS
We’re happy to announce that we have released the new update on the TEAMS site. Some key changes made in this update are:
- A new full-screen What’s New on every new release.
- Trainer’s restrictions enhanced.
- A new indication for the converted application on student search bar results.
- New Account Manager and Agent Name column on the payment due listing screen and addition column of student email CSV export.
A new full-screen What’s New on every new release
We have introduced a new full-screen What’s new so that a user never miss any update of TEAMS.
Every TEAMS user will now be up to date on what we have enhanced or fixed in the recent update.

Trainer’s restrictions enhanced
We have enhanced the restrictions on trainer login in TEAMS.
We have removed the access to delete or upload any document on the student dashboard, enrolment dashboard, application dashboard and applicant dashboard.
The delete and upload document icon will no longer be visible when a trainer logs in to TEAMS.

A new indication for the converted application on student search
We have enhanced the visibility of a user to differentiate between the converted applications and not converted applications.
Whenever a user searches for an applicant or student in the search bar. The system will show the converted application icon in green colour. This will help the user to quickly recognise the converted applications without opening the applicant dashboard.

New Columns on the Payment Due listing screen and in CSV export
We have introduced new columns, Agent Name and Account Manager Name on the payment due listing screen.
Additionally, when a user hovers over the agent name, the system will show an “agent code” tooltip.
A new column of Student Email is added in the CSV exported from the payment due listing screen which will show the email addresses of students.
